This website is owned by Trivella ("We"), domiciled in Apartment Grand Icon Jl. Raya Caman No. 1 Blok B-10-15, 17510, Pondokgede, Jatibening, Kota Bekasi. Please read the following terms and conditions below, because if you continue to use this website you have to approve and be bound by all applicable terms and conditions. If not, then you can not use this website and make any reservation in this site. All modules within this site are copyrighted by Trivella.

Booking Terms
By booking through the Site, you hereby agree to accept terms and conditions from us as specified by our original agreement or from any other Indonesian airline, hotel or travel agent, including in connection with the policy on cancellation and / or the absence of any user or subscriber following in connection with any particular request by a user which may be provided by the airline, hotel, or travel agent. Trivella shall not be liable for any breach of terms and conditions determined by third parties (airlines, hotels, travel agents and others) or the availability of certain user requests.

Cancellation
In the event that you have made a reservation on the Trivella website, you are considered to have understood, accepted and approved the cancellation policy and conditions. Any change or cancel of your mutually agreed upon orders may incur any administrative costs that you will bear solely in accordance with the policy or terms of amendment or cancellation of a third party acting as a service provider.

 

Special request
In the event of a special request to the reservation (for example, the room may be used for smoking, wheelchair assistance, name change, change of date, name change, etc.), the user may contact the airlines, hotel, or travel agent, and the request will be based on the availability and regulations of any Indonesian airline, hotel or travel agency (as applicable).

Law and Jurisdiction
All applicable matters and in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. And you hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia in all questions and controversies arising in connection with the terms and conditions of use of this site.

Application for Accountability
Trivella is not responsible and reserves the right to refuse to responsible for any loss, liability, damages (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or any expense whatsoever that may be suffered by you or a third party (including your company). Along with the results or which may arise, directly or indirectly, from accessing and using this website, any information contained on the Website, be it personal or personal information, or company data, or material, and information transmitted through the system we.

 

Payment
The payment system is divided into 2 stages, stage 1 the customer must make the first payment after the reservation has been approved with the final signing of 50% of the total price within a maximum period of 5 months before the scheduled departure and the rest can be done gradually in stage 2 with limit total repayment is maximum 1 months before departure.
If up to the specified time limit the 1st stage does not take place until the specified time limit (5 months before the scheduled departure) then you will receive a warning notification from us, if there is no reply until the time limit specified then we assume that you have made a cancellation. You must pay the administrative fee that will be fully covered in accordance with the policy and terms of change or cancellation of a third party acting as a service provider.
If the 2nd stage repayment exceeds the specified time limit (1
month prior to departure) then we assume that you have canceled the reservation and are charged a full administrative fee in accordance with the policy or terms of change or cancellation of a third party acting as a service provider.
In the event of any deficiency or excess of the payment of the airfare you have ordered, Trivella shall not be liable for any delay in the confirmation or failure of the airfare.
You are required to provide data in accordance with your true identity when registering as and when making purchases of airline tickets, hotels or tours via Trivella. Submitting incorrect information may result in the refusal of an airline, hotel management, or tour to process your reservation, additional fees for correcting e-tickets, or even cancel your booking.

 

Force Majeure
Trivella shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the User resulting from any conduct or condition beyond the reasonable circumstances either by Users or us (Genesis Force Majeure). Including Genesis Force Majeure is not limited to natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, cyclones, etc.), epidemic, riots, war, military action, terrorist acts, embargoes, sanctions, law changes, demonstrations, strikes, bankruptcy or bankruptcy of airlines, hotels and so on.
